An advanced smoker, lower blood pressure will likely be just one of the many benefits of quitting.For a long period, doctors believed that too much salt raised blood pressure levels and the risk of heart disease. But numerous studies have found that some people could overeat of salt without any noticeable short-term effects on hypertension. However, patients who are older, overweight or have problems with kidney problems or diabetes are at higher risk of hypertension from salt intake. African Americans using a particular gene that makes them salt-sensitive also can be at higher risk. The submarine belonged on the Bars class, a fleet submarine normally with nuclear cruise missiles and torpedoes, navy officials said. There have been no missiles on board the docked submarine. Interfax said Kuzminykh ended up in detention on disciplinary charges when he seized the weapon. He apparently used drugs and the mother said he had suffered with psychological problems in childhood, ITAR-Tass said. There was a rash of mass killings within the Russian armed forces, which are suffering from brutal living conditions. The military is chronically in short supply of money because of the country's economic problems and hazing of servicemen can be a major problem.
