Hey Guys,
UPDATE:
I have updated the program so it now displays information about your
computer if prompted to. Credits go to iRtehLeet for the ideas.
Screenshot has also been updated.
I've just spent 6 hours coding this beast of a program  in VB.NET.
It basically knows exactly where and what to change in the registry to apply the certain change.
Heres a screenie:

I suppose it'd just be a useful program to have, to be able to
enable/disable features with the click of a button is a lot easier than
having to open regedit etc...
