First of all open notepad and write down this code:

and
then save whenever you wish with .html.After you have saved go to
desktop with right-click Properties-Desktop(tab)-Browse or Control
Panel-Appearence and Themes(for removing this desktop backrground)and
select your html file which is saved by you. You'll see you can
directly go to a website without open a web browser,writing...
